Urgent: What is salary range for Associate Consultant (A) at cognizant ? I mean last range ?

I received an offer for a role that is a lot more money than I thought but I still want to negotiate and see how much more money I can get. What can I say if the salary is already above average for the role in the market and city I live in?

I need some help. I have 3 YOE.
Package I told I am expecting is 8.5lpa
Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . My salary was 3.1L until march 2022 and then post promotion 4.5L. I am serving notice period currently and I recieved a mail to submit Actual Investment Proof. What does it mean please help I am not getting clear idea. Should I file ITR with this salary?

R-Systems : They are providing WFH + clarity on the project and team for which I’ll be working upon.
CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

Skill set : . Net full stack + Angular + Azure
