Variable pay is there in CTC , do they pay 100% variable pay as part of salary?

I work in deals and am frankly frustrated that those with 9-5s can get better GMAT scores with their schedules while I have to work around an unpredictable schedule at 80 hrs/week.

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta.
