I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. They all went really well and HR said I’ll most likely be moving forward to a site visit. But now my contact has ghosted me. After I made 3 outreaches he had his aa schedule time for two weeks out. I think I have work trauma not sure how it’s clouding my ability to make decisions. I’ve had unstable work after being laid off from a company 3 years ago. I thought I worked out a plan to get to a stable place but my job is proving to be unstable yet again. I secured a FT role at another company but because it’s a lot less money I’m unsure because I feel very cynical about companies in general. I assume it’ll be just like all the rest but now I’ll just be making less and could get laid off.

Not necessarily “wellness & beauty” but in need of recommendations. I always clean my apartment, but I can’t keep my kitchen/living room from smelling like trash. I am convinced that it is my kitchen trash disposal and I’ve tried so many things to make it smell good (garbage disposal deodorizer, vinegar mixture, etc.). Any recommendations on how to keep my place smelling fresh? I am tired of using bath & body works products and candles.
