Very specific excel/powerpoint question: When sharing screen with managers on zoom the green highlight around my screen prevents me from seeing the excel row numbers and powerpoint slide numbers. Its led to some pretty awkward interactions and was wondering if there is a workaround for this?

Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. It’s never straightforward even for simple entries. There’s things like settlements which confuse the crap out of me. I’m curious if it’s just my company or if every sophisticated accounting department will have non traditional ways of posting their journal entries.
