Walmart recently interviewed at Walmart for Bentonville corporate role. The structure was - recruiter round, HM, Panel round, HR round. I was asked to pass each round to proceed to the next. It’s been 5 days I completed HM round, recruiter said she will get back to me as soon as possible. Today, I saw workday email & status changed to no longer under consideration but haven’t heard anything from recruiter yet. Are Walmart workday notifications accurate?

I think they are pretty accurate. If you don't hear back from the recruiter I would just move on. They seem to be really bad about ghosting these days.
Keep following up. Recruiters are notorious for ghosting. Call HR. You have nothing to lose. Use smart wording and phrases to make that call. Have something written. Do not wing it.
@Author I had an experience with Amazon where the system said I was completely out of the running. Two days later I received a call for that position. I was so confused. Sometimes, the AI portion of it might reject you but someone might have your info and are still considering. It is possible for the system to be wrong.
Follow-up is key in this theme because people need to have you in mind as much as possible.
