Was the governor's SOL tolling constitutional?

Too tired to put a lot of effort into finding specific legal support for this - but my 10,000 foot view of it is, no. Given that NV doesn’t otherwise provide for tolling of SOLs, I strongly question how he vested himself with power that was supported by rule of law that allowed him to toll the SOLs.

I actually did this research on behalf on a client and I agree. The new decision on Rule 4 tends to support this position but I sincerely doubt a state court judge would agree

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

Hi, contemplating a bcg expert track PL role after 5 years of ops consulting. Any perspectives on the career trajectory on the expert track vs generalist track? Are the expert track folks really given a 'step child' treatment? Any thoughts on potential exit opportunities?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school
