Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

Not to make you feel worse, but I think I would cry lol. I get upset over the littlest mistakes. This would keep me up at night. I think you just have to be straightforward, say it was an error and tell them what you're doing to fix it, which I'm guessing will be eventually going back to the old supplier. Could you offer them some kind of compensation and then bring this issue to the supplier's attention to get better pricing so they're essentially the ones paying for it? Sorry if that's not at all feasible or helpful, I don't really know how things work at those levels.

I totally get that, mistakes like that would eat at me too 😅 But you’re right, being honest and showing you’ve got a plan to fix it is the best way to go. It shows accountability and helps rebuild trust quickly.
Sometimes that’s the way the cookie crumbles. You did what made sense, but it didn’t work out in the end. Learn from the experience, how to avoid it again, and move on. Also, probably own the mistake, and then to anyone who needs or should hear it, the steps you’ll take to avoid it.

I know, sometimes things just don’t go as planned, and that’s okay. What matters is learning from it and handling it with accountability.
Sometimes the decisions we take make sense at a time and we don't know the outcome of it until it happens. You are already being honest and talking about owing it, I guess it is already brave.
Yikes! But it happens. Often times cutting costs comes with the cost you know. Is it too late to switch back to the previous vendor?
