We just had a team meeting and they mentioned that during remote meetings they want cameras on and don’t want us to multitask. However, people always expect me to respond within 2 seconds whenever they ping me and I’ve gotten in trouble about not communicating enough. How do I go about not multitasking but making sure that I’m communicating to people’s standards? It feels impossible to do both.

Can't you just set your status to away while you're on calls? You can't be expected to instantly respond to every message every single minute of the day. Being in a meeting where multitasking is expressly prohibited seems like a pretty valid reason to be temporarily unresponsive.

Set your status to in a meeting. If people have an issue with you not being available while you're in a meeting, that's their problem and not yours. You simply can't clone yourself to be doing two different things at once.

Hi Guys Deloitte Accenture Infosys I joined a startup 5years back they gave me salary as cash for starting few months because there company not registered after that they Deposit to my A/C, Now third party agency asking me to submit bank statement for starting month . From tcs I got mail to upload documents 20 days before (10th June)

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
