After Dallas' game yesterday, I'd expect they focus on stopping the run game next week. I'd look to see who typically scores higher when the ypc average for Miami is 3-3.5

McBride for sure based on target competition for kittle.

As for mostert vs Achane, it’s a later game so if your opponent has a lot of early games and puts up a lot of points, you can go for the home run with Achane. If it’s manageable go for the safer points with mostert since he’ll get 15sh touches to achanes 10.

I’m leaning the same, Kittle just doesn’t get enough targets. McBride just seems to have a higher floor but not the blow up potential of Kittle. I’ve been rolling with Achane the last 2 weeks and feel like if I switch it he is going to blow up. Just want to get through next week to secure 1st or 2nd place… got some good bottles of bourbon on the line 😀

I would go Kittle and Mostert. No solid reasoning other than I think Kittle is due for a big game. Mostert Achanne is a 50/50 call but Achanne has shown more tendency for injury this year so I’d stick with Mostert.

Hi all
I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. Would love something that allows me to do both?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice?
