Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" It hasn't explicitly been said, but I'm one of the only Black attorneys at the firm and I think my white colleagues and partners see me as an example of how Black folks "should be" cause I mind my business. Are there any books or classes about convincing people that have irrational arguments? Trying to figure out how to frame conversations that lead to my conclusions that aren't based in logic and fact.

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). I have a BS/MS/PhD in engineering and an MBA in business analytics. Currently making 100k as an engineer IV. As an engineer with a functional knowledge (but no former training) in IT and data analytics, what are the best avenues to get to 200k without changing fields and starting at an entry level position (or moving to a HCOL area)?

Anyone have experience with the new ADD medication Azstarys? Thoughts, opinions welcome. I’m curious to know how it might work compared to Adderall.
