Well, here it comes! THE COLD! We are supposed to have our first frost this weekend. I'm really not ready for the cold. The good thing is that I can always layer my clothes to warm-up or cool off because depending on time of day it might be cold or it might be warm. So many people are excited for the cold but not me. Having to dress for cold and warm is too much. What do you do to combat the constantly changing Fall weather? In my opinion I'm not ready to "Chill-out"!!!! 🤔

Is there such a thing as getting promoted TOO quickly? Just got the bump to AS after 10 months as an AE. Not at all typical at my agency (usually 5 to 8 YOE). I picked up a lot of opportunity after turnover last year. I am, of course, thrilled, but do wonder if it'd put the validity of my agency in question when looking at my resume. Am I crazy?
