I've cleared 2 rounds of interview , Technical and Managerial for Luxoft Poland. They are also in process of going for Client round. I opted for Advance hiring process. Will there be offer only after Client round qualification from Luxoft?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Hi Parents, need recommendation for taking care of kids hair. My kids are mixed race and their hair gets easily tangled to the point where we spend an hour to untangle the mess.
