I leave on time every day whether “everything” is done or not because “everything” will never be done!
I’m with Delaware, there’s always more to do so I leave on time. I have a whole life to live outside work and I feel that a full life makes me happier and therefore more effective in the end!!!
When I teach, I'm one of those staff who do stay late, but I'm all prepared for the next day no matter what. I walk in each day pretty much ready to go, though
I do admire those who leave earlier, of course!

I'm right there with you! I love walking into my room knowing that my day is set, my desk is cleared, and my lessons are ready to go. I'm a bit OCD, so if I walk into a messy, disorganized room, my morning is shot
