72 has six months maternity leave for moms and a month for dads.
72 again with the win
Seriously. 72 knows what's up.
Is this a bad moment to mention they also give us a free bugaboo stroller?
That is incredible. I'm really happy a company like them exists. The rest of us need to push for more. Starting with asking what the parental leave policy is with every job offer regardless if you're expecting or not. Let them know it matters.
How do you I get to 72?? Seems like the place to be.
One again 72 wins again. You guys have to start poaching people so all the other agencies will have to change their policies to compete
How is the long term work life balance at 72? I've heard it's sweat shop-y for creatives.
Publicis, despite being a French company had 2 weeks paid leave for moms and dads. They'll hold a moms job for the fmla required 12 weeks. In terms of work life balance it's pretty good for creatives.
Y&R is really good at this. My team and other teams there are very family first !
@72 6 month PAID leave? Or they'll hold your job for 6 months and you need to go on FMLA for 12 weeks and then they don't pay you? Also, how long do you have to work there before it's a benefit?
Paid
I'm done having kids. So screw all of you in the future.
Dang! 72 are y'all hiring ADs?!
We get 12 weeks paid and then for holding the job, it's up to your boss/project situation. I was out for 7 months no problem. Also, they have a reduced work time program to ease back (work 3 or 4 days/week). Paternity leave is paid 2 weeks
LB has a pretty decent maternity leave. And work life balance is best I've ever been to.
We get 8-10 weeks paid with FMLA but they hold your job for 12 weeks. After that, you can do a transition period where you can work 3 or 4 days a week but your pay is adjusted.
IIRC it's actually 3 months full pay and 3 months at half pay. But I could be wrong as I often am.
