Well this is a first for me… I had a typical phone screening with a recruiter. All was going well and I felt confident in my answers. Towards the end of the call she asked “what is the greatest accomplishment of your career?” I started giving my answer and before I know it I’m emotional and choking back tears while still trying to spit out some words. I felt so embarrassed!! I asked for a minute and took a few deep breaths and continued on. She seemed understanding but am I totally screwed?? 😱
