A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

Service bAsed companies are not releasing offers nowadays. I have left looking for offers from any of service based companies. Except TCS, All are frauds and TCS won’t pay much anyway so done. They will lure you to give interviews and later when all rounds are done and docs are submitted, they will come and say we can’t pay you. I have faced the same with capegemini, tech Mahindra, infosys, cognizant. Is this the case with anyone ? Or am I the only one with bad luck
