Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. I've been working out since early 2020 6x/ week and lost ~30lbs. However, I didn't adjust my eating -only switched to an intermittent fasting schedule (eat between 12-8pm). Now, I'm trying to focus on better eating. I struggle with sweets - If it's around me, I need it all lol and Uber eats is a weakness bc of all the dessert places! My meals are relatively balanced so not a major issue...

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him.
