Welp, I think I've been ghosted by my best recent job lead. This is becoming a pattern. Why does it feel like no company wants to hire right now? Anyone else feel like these jobs aren't serious?

Need some advice, I honestly suck at sales and it’s just something that’s effecting my mental health. I have grit and I bang out a bunch of calls but I’m not seeing any fruits of my labor. My anxiety of getting fired have been through the roof and I honestly just want to do something else but all I have is recruiting exp along with SDR experience but I have. Certifications In Customer success which I actually understand. Just looking for a possible referal for a functional position.
