We're looking for childcare help for our 4 kids (12, 9, 4, 4) in Silver Spring/Wheaton area for the summer and/or fall and beyond. We're looking for (approx.):
• 7-9am including driving to school/camp
• 4-7:30pm including driving from school/camp
• An additional ~3hrs of support at home - laundry, tidying, etc. - which could be 9-12 or 1-4

I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
