I've never had the opportunity to work from home unfortunately. I don't see why so many companies are forcing people who've been doing it for years to come back to the office though. It makes no sense to me. Like...you're clearly able to do your job remotely. Most people prefer working remotely. Why change that? If it's not broke, don't fix it.
Yes!I’ve been saying the same. Remote was working just fine for so many of us!

I personally think I can focus more remotely. When I was in a office, I couldn't hear because all my coworkers would just talk and laugh with each other so loudly.
Totally get that! The noise in the office used to drive me nuts too.
That’s a big jump—going from almost fully remote to nearly full-time in office is a shock. I get why management wants more face time for collaboration, but after years of remote work, it’s tough to just switch gears. For me, remote still feels more productive and flexible, but I’m curious if others actually see a difference in growth being in person. What’s your take?
I’m with you, remote just feels way more natural and productive now.
I am a person who is hard of hearing and when one person is talking and everyone around starts talking, I can not hear at all.
Also. I will add talking with music in the background.
