What are Deloitte’s sales % across the different levels?

In light of all discussions on FB, it seems to me that individuals at our firm have been removed out of EY beyond PIP related issues.
To help the community brace itself, please provide facts on your Utilization, level, leads, YoE at EY, and network.
My experience seems that the ones let go, had weak network.

My company is shifting strategic direction and is looking for demand gen to be much more acquisition oriented. Previously the focus had been on expansion utilizing ABM. With that we can expect a significant increase in digital ad budget. Can anyone describe what the team structure might look like to support this? For instance at what budget level warrants a specialized FTE for social, display etc. What should I know about managing a team of digital marketers, analysts?

Which one is good ? Wells paying 12% higher.
