What are options under which Wipro can send a person to US without H1b. I have been called by my manager where he is proposing to send me to US on a temporary work permit because of some new opportunity introduced recently. Please note I haven't asked for onsite nor I have resigned ,Based on my past performance he came back and asked me if I can join that project . I am not sure what all arrangements can be made apart from H1B and if Wipro really sends people to US on temp work visa or L1.
