The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.

Is this a lot for an interview?

I’m a little afraid of doing all this work to then just have them take my ideas and not hire me.

Is automated bidding the only way to go about? I know manual bidding may not be efficient but is there a middle path where you can get good efficiencies but also have control over your bidding?
