Although I think our leadership gets it, and they’ve said the right things I’d really like to have more honest conversations about how productivity is a privilege right now and working parents are really disadvantaged right now. In a climate where jobs are at risk - I know many working parents are scared that they are the most at risk because of their lack of ability to stay completely focused on the job. Most people are trying to proactively get on as much work as possible, where we are just trying to stay afloat with the work we have. I don’t know what the service or answer is here but I think a conversation where we can be heard and our fears acknowledged would ease a lot of anxiety.
I appreciated weekly statuses with CEO where we can ask questions. They have been very transparent
