For the big names, we've got the biggest footprint in the IC to my knowledge, with tons of different types of work in that arena.

If you say what kind of work you're looking for in the IC, denizens of this bowl can provide more concrete guidance.

Looking for Cyber work

That's still us for the big names. We've got the biggest IC footprint and the strongest cyber practice.

There are likely boutiques out there who are stronger in specific IC cyber niches than us, but for sheer breadth and growth opportunities in IC cyber, we're the top dog.

Booze, Ledos, Raytheon for the big names is your best bet followed by small to medium size contractors. Stay away from the B4 names, the majority of their work is not operational oriented and frankly is the crap work the feds don’t want to do themselves.

What’s a TS/SCI?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

Is there a website that shares announcements of recent contract wins by federal contractors across all federal agencies?

Sometimes the leadership does not even inform you on the status of a submitted proposal unless we win the work. I get why they are doing it but it would be great if there was an external source/website that would share this info instead of us waiting around to hear from them.
