Fiction wise I also like fantasy, paranormal, and romance. Some fave book series are the Black Gryphon from Mercedes Lackey, Game of Thrones, and From Jamaica Lane series. Similar books?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

Which has more job openings python with django or python data engineer and which is more easy and money wise good for 3 years experience?

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.

I was offered additional compensation paid out over first year but concerned the annual increase will be less than the first year additional pay. I started a new job as an “office manager” at the end of January. The duties seem to align more with those of an EA, and I’m ok with that. Except my boss is a control freak. He scolds me over every little thing, how I load the dishwasher, maybe I didn’t push my chair in. Last week he told me I needed to work on my appearance. I was shocked. I bought all new clothes from Ann Taylor that are perfectly acceptable for business casual. He hates me. Move on ASAP or try to stick it out ?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
