What are the chances to receive offer letter after background verification mail receive from IBM and shared the response on sunday,
Today I called HR for some query related to background verification, she told me related to that. After that I asked her when can I expect my offer letter. She told me that things got changed now, we will let you know once we receive approval.

There are possibilities to receive or not?

Is Federal/Public Sector consulting fulfilling work? I'm at a tier 2 consulting firm right now focused on retail clients, and I just feel like there is zero point to this work. I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also .
