Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

Not high. You’d really have to network and get to know people at that big law firm before. You could also get lucky, if an office had some associates leave and they need urgent help, but I don’t think that resume would be appealing in a normal market
Difficult but possible. I would recommend getting some litigation experience. Big law policyholder practices make their money on litigating long-tail, D&O, etc. claims, where they have lots of documents to review, deps to take. and issues to research and brief. Having litigation + coverage makes you a more attractive candidate.
Plus, you will need to network hard.

I don’t think it would be hard since insurance recovery attorneys are really in demand but conflicts could be an issue.
