Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

If you're wondering what your actual impact on sustainable development is as a sustainability consultant, have a look.
Main argument is that the entire ESG industry is not grounded in scientific boundaries and therefore doing more harm than good.

I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Heard good things.. but mostly by people that currently work there
It’s a good firm. But like most places, it all depends on who you work for. I would recommend the west coast offices - culture out there is a lot better. Also expect high billable hours. They require even the partners to be 80-85% billable.
@M2 the policy could have changed. I left the firm last year and before I left, I had to help put together utilization reports for my practice. I was pretty shocked at how high the utilization expectations were. My case could have been an outlier though. We were kinda under the microscope since the principle that was there underbid projects and cut a ton of the team’s hours
Agree Manager 2. Ute is highly scrutinized by management at ECG
ECG-we here. Utilization is monitored but it’s not end all be all. The organization is evolving to look at employee contributions more holistically. It’s very much an entrepreneurial firm - if you want to be noticed, you have to work hard (same as everywhere else). For staff, utilization target is 85% but you usually want to be a tad higher than that. Leadership targets are a bit different but for first/second year managers, 80-85% is still the target. As you get sr. Manager, assoc. principal, and Principal (partner), it starts to drop off. Many partners i know are between 50-80%.
Executive
Good reputation especially in the academic space.
@SC1, really? I just started @ECG and everyone has told me there’s no threshold or expectation and pay isn’t driven off of ute (came from another firm where everything was based on Ute). Am I missing something? I’m sure we have to be busy, but is there a target I should know about?
