Continue to look and find what fits you. Don’t burn bridges
I wouldn't tell them that you're waiting for another offer. Just take it and start the job and leave if you find something better. It's kind of crappy, but it's just business.

Two weeks is pushing it but not unreasonable. I’d ask for a short extension while staying vague and professional, not naming the other company. If they pressure you hard, that pressure is the answer.
Yes, too pushy means RUN

This is such a tricky spot. Asking for a week or two to make a decision is usually reasonable, and being honest about waiting for another opportunity is fair if done politely. Two weeks isn’t too long, but after that, you may need to choose. Sometimes it comes down to weighing the guaranteed offer versus the potential one. How important is the “dream” role compared to having something secure now?

You should always continue to look. As long as you are receiving interviews and offers, you should entertain it, as long as it doesn’t interfere with your current job, you don’t want to miss out on an opportunity while you are still very new at a company it could very well not be a fit for you, so continuing to look is sort of like an insurance policy.
