Well you can apply them to your flights or "gift" them to others and apply to their flights that depart before the expiration.

I'm sure if you offer it here for free many people will gladly accept it. Exchanging pluspoints for anything is prohibited per T&C but there's a market here in this bowl so do it at your own risk.
