People need to actually retire and move talent up in the organization. So many people are half retiring and it’s just creating a bottleneck for those who should be or want to be moved up so they end up jumping to another company where it’s the same story

Wdym by half retiring?
I am not one of those that puts employees' interests above the company's interest. Employees work for the company and get paid by the company. That system has worked well for millennia. That said, companies can try to be a little more accommodating to younger employees by offering benefits such as on-site daycare for infants and toddlers, annual step increases to aid retention and employee loyalty, and a promote-from-within policy that gives current employees "points" when a promotion becomes available.

Work home life balance. No one wants to work 60 hours a week. Overtime shouldn’t be mandatory.
I was paid time and half for overtime but my checks were the same or even lower due to taxes. Add in additional childcare expenses overtime cost me more. On top of being exhausted and unhappy.
Less racism.

I think big factor is office floor plan and effort into establishing a community.
