They all want gift cards or cash and a nicely written note. I did all the creative things and wasted my time. I wish I knew they just wanted gift cards.
I like giving edible gifts. my daughter is a girl scout so we buy a box for each teacher... it's a win win because I was gonna spend the money anyway and might as well support the girl scout troop while I'm on it.
I usually do a gift card to Amazon, Target or something similar and some chocolates and hand cream, lip gloss and put it in a cute gift bag. For the director, I just do a bottle of wine.
Our daycare had teachers fill out a list of their favorite things which was helpful! We gave $50-75 gift cards, a snack, and a card for each teacher/director
Definitely gift cards/ cash for the teachers
I set a budget of $500 across teachers & extracurricular instructors for 3 kids - split across 2 main teachers ($100), 3 part time teachers ($50) and 7 instructors ($20).
Cash
$50 target gift card.
Gift cards for teachers. Maybe small trinkets mentioned above. I don’t gift the directors because they’re salaried and well….i just don’t.
