Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.

Deloitte audit Vs. Grant Thornton Tax. I have an offer from Grant Thornton and From Deloitte as an Intern this summer. Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

I've stopped staying at Ws. If I want a club, I go to a club - a hotel for work needs to have good service, lots of outlets, and a comfortable desk to work at - Ws in general have none. It's Westin for me all the way.
W is overrated
Yep, too cool for customer service at a majority of them! Exception being the W Washington DC.
W’s are creepy
BA1 yeah that's what it seems like. They purposely are so laid back it takes them 3 times as long as a normal human to do anything. Thinking of going back to the Westin.
It has definitely gotten worse over the years. Love the properties, hate the service.
Hate Ws. Half of them have toilet in the bedroom with no real bathroom wall. Gross.
Agreed, stopped with Ws. Concept was interesting in beginning but I find most rooms to be worn, and the service is rough. The “vibe” doesn’t work anymore

They also seem too 'dark', or maybe I'm just old. It feels like dirt and grime are hiding everywhere. 😷😷
I call the W Euro trash hotel...hate staying there unless I have no other spg option.
It reminds me of clubs and restaurants that dim the lights so you can’t see how dingy and dirty things are.
