I guess maybe it's funny to somebody. But something about it just rubs me the wrong way. The premise of the sweepstakes is to make someone looking for work jump through a lot of hoops. And the prize, their resume printed on a pizza box, is just going to make them look like a loser. There's just something weird and borderline sadistic about it.

Exactly. This is an utter and complete misfire for a whole host of reasons. I’m pretty stunned they’re bragging about it, let alone pitched it.
Don’t worry though, Mischief fan boys/girls will award it a Titanium.

Ditto. I’m big fan of Greg too.
But even if it wasn’t tone deaf (which it is) … why? what’s the reason to link pizza and job-hunting? what brand promise or statement am i reinforcing here? or how is this selling more pizza at least 😂
I was wondering this too, like how many higher-ups/decision-makers order Pizza Hut? They’re all noshing on $30 flatbreads somewhere else.
Can we just stop calling them campaigns, and use the phrase “series of social posts”?
They reasoned that it was for entree level jobs. But it just feels off in the current state of things. People are really suffering with the economy and just to water it down to slapping a resume on our box so we can get press feels ick
Exactly. Dessert level jobs also deserve resumes on the pizza box.
Like is mischief even good? Asking for a friend.
Reduce your LinkedIn time my dude. Yeah we post our shit a lot. We also make a lot of shit. It brings us more new business inquiries than we can handle, it gets the creatives exposure, and it’s better than think pieces. I promise you it’s the best place I’ve ever worked. Sorry not every single piece is amazing, but our worst is as good as most places best.
Seems you have to already have permission from a company to send it to a contact. If I could get a response from a hiring manager, I wouldn’t be sending a pizza!
Love the mischief that Mischief usually goes for but I agree. This feels icky and the idea is quite contrived.
Trite shite. They’re better than this. But 🤷♂️

All joking aside: how does a place stay in business with these little bite size one-offs. Has anyone figured out mischiefs pricing strategy?
They’re on retainer, because clients will pay them due to all their PR candy and bells and whistles
Yea I am sorry but I agree with everyone above, its definitely tone deaf and really not their best work OP. I have seen some good work from them before so I know they are capable of better but this ain't it. I wonder what their end goal was with this.
I wonder if I should send one to Mischief?
Someone did. There was no name on it. Pretty sure it’s still sitting on the kitchen counter.
Agree - I was disappointed when I saw it.
