I'm currently on £60k at a start up. Just got offered a job at a games company with a salary of £50k + 15% bonus 😖 I immediately spoke to them and told them that is way below my current salary and they raised to £56k + 15% bonus which would put me on £64.4k total comp. I've said I'll think about it and hope they raise the offer again.
Should I not consider this at all if they don't at least match my base? I have been aiming for £70k-£80k when looking at new jobs

The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? For the people who went back to school to pursue a totally different career, what did you do for work? I don’t think I’d be able to do both my current job and school. I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I've only been here 8months & want to leave as I need the money. Should I start looking elsewhere even if I haven't been here for a year?
