What does meaning of “On hold”. My application is running since last 2.5 months. Accenture took 1 skill rounds and 2 final rounds. Last final round happened on 31st October. Many times asked helpdesk about the interview, they said I cleared the interview and i should wait for further instructions. And one of the hr who reminded for booking slot for interview schedule, i asked him yesterday, he told my application is on hold. What does it mean? Will they consider my profile?

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. How were your experiences when letting it out the bag early like that?
