People are saying $2k, but I haven’t been able to charge more than $1,500/day. And most of the time when I throw that number out, agencies come back saying they can only pay $1,00-$1,250.

So if you can get $2k, great. But don’t be surprised if most places come in pretty well under that.

For hourly I usually just divide my family rate by 8.

It’ll change depending on the job. Smaller place and fun brief or longer commitment you can go down to 1600. Pitch for a big place go to 2000. But that’s the range I would say.

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest
