Hi everyone. I’m wondering if I can get some advice on an employee I hired about 9 months ago. They seemed to be excited when first joining but now they lack the work ethic I hoped I would find in them. They lack attention to detail, they don’t pay attention/action on things you tell them to. They’re very “everyone is against me” mindset & I’ve tried everything I can to improve their work but they really don’t seem to care to implement any of the tips I’ve given. Id rather not fire them. Walking desk vs regular treadmill? I have been researching walking treadmills/desks but I find that they dont have the best reviews compared to getting a regular treadmill. Does anyone have any advice on which to choose? Trying to stay under 1k and dont like that you often cant run on the walking treadmills even though many companies claim you can, but looking for something smaller than a traditional treadmill. Id like to work and walk but Id rather get the best for my money.
