Wire cutter has a very comprehensive review of mattresses and I trust their reviews wholly (EXCEPT the humidifier reviews, Google it)
I live in the south so honestly we buy dehumidifiers > humidifiers. I know of mold horror stories from the one WC rec!

Check out the above link. The reviews are incredibly comprehensive
We love our Saatva. Great customer service, and as a side sleeper I appreciate the strong edge support.
We previously had a Casper, it drooped on the edges and killed my neck.
If you are a side sleeper you should consider something a little softer to accommodate the shoulder and hip tolerance. Make sure the mattress can support your spine all the way to your neck in a straight line. Otherwise you will wake up in pain. Your body weight and size should be taken into consideration when selecting the type of mattress. If you change positions a lot I'd stay away from memory foam. Or if you are a bigger person, a spring/foam combo may work better. Latex is great for back sleepers. I could write a book on this for I have gone through 11 mattresses in the last 8 years ranging from $500 to $7,000 plus countless pillows trying to cure my back and neck pains.
Tempurpedic mattresses are my personal favorite. Can get a solid queen for 2k
I am a military veteran that punished his body when younger and now feels the discomforts, back pains, joint pain, and of course it sometimes caused lack of sleep. I did the following life changes...
1. I got a firm, supportive, Tempurpedic Mattress.
2. I got a pillow that suits my sleeping position, I am a side sleeper. This is an important investment!!! Don't be affraid to spend the $$.
3. I started healthier eating habits, nothing heavy at night, no eating 4 hours before bed.
4. I don't play electronic games nor watch the news before bed. In fact I try to read two to four chapters in a book.
5. I got fit. Execerise... I started walking, cycling, I loved the results so I start to go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week.
