What is the BGV process like at Sanofi? HR told me that BGV will be initiated after I resign from my current role. However, some colleagues have said that, depending on the company, if they find the BGV to be unsatisfactory, they may rescind the offer or terminate employment even after joining! This will be my first full-time role after working as a freelancer, so I'm a little worried about BGV. People who've already gone through this process, can you please help?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

What range should I quote to HR when they ask for what are your expected salary? Current CTC is 10.55 LPA. I have 5 years of big data experience including 6 months of on site project at egypt. Your suggestions are most welcome....

How do I set a quote for two blog pages? A company reached out to me on LinkedIn hoping to revamp their web copy for two pages.
