What is the pay bracket for Senior Manager or Associate Director in Management Advisory at KPMG India?

Trying to understand the pay bands for Senior Manager positions at Salesforce within Corporate Development (supposing I would come in with roughly a decade of experience).

Could anyone provide insight on their total comp breakdown? I am having difficulty finding ranges.

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

Anyone else out there not like dinners and drinking all the time? Sometimes feel like an outsider because of it. If so then how do y’all deal with it?
