I would leave my job in a heartbeat but I don't have an alternative either. As of now, the compensation and a certain sense of fulfillment is what makes my job worth it for me.
Money because I can’t live without it.
Job provides security, shelter, livelihood to meet my needs required to exist. I am also excited and challenged by what I do so the trade off makes sense.

I think the alternative is there but we’ve been taught to be employees. When people start to think outside the box the alternative becomes visible.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that someone can even share what those alternatives are but if your mind is made up of what it should look like you’ll never escape what you’re saying you dislike right now because the alternative doesn’t fit inside the box you have. Bottom line…clear your mind and think like entrepreneurs do then you’ll find a way to stop losing majority of your time/life to a boss.
I wouldn’t work if I had a choice. I miss my baby☹️
Just money and basics. Hate the corporate world even though I like the core job. Most of us are in the same boat.
I am a workaholic, absolutely love what I do, it saves people’s lives. Love leading my team and helping them grow. I also work from home full-time, and while I work a lot, that’s of my own doing because I know what an impact I’m making. It’s hard for me to imagine ever wanting to retire. I also feel fairly compensated and love the lifestyle it affords my family.
