I hurt. I feel like I can never do enough to get ahead. Can't seem to land a new job to make enough money to survive. Anyone have a good billable hours goal tracker tool /app to recommend? I tried to make one but I suck at Excel (and math.) Need to stay on track and make extra hours for the rest of this year. For several reasons, most of which were out of my control, my hours are low so far and it's my first year as a lateral with this firm.

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
