Meditating on & visualizing what it’s like to already have what I desire. I’ve found that’s the most effective way to assess my vibration against the desire - if it elicits negative feelings, I know I’ve got some work to do. If positive, I know it’s headed my way.. I’ll rest in those feelings for a bit, and repeat the exercise whenever I get a minute

E.g., I’m single, and if I notice I’m wanting a romantic connection/intimacy but thinking on it stresses me out and/or reveals to me that I’m ‘clinging’ to the desire, I redirect my attention ASAP. I focus on friendships, health, art, getting rest, etc., anything but. At some point the desire for connection pops back up but this time it feels fun & exciting, not stressful. Meditating on the desire feels good bc I’m now a vibrational match… then romance begins to find its way into my life naturally. Genuinely it goes this way every time with everything. It’s legit a formula (law, if you will). Just requires that I stay in tune
While listening to binaural beats, I use affirmations and visualizations to BE there.
Any specific frequencies or type of instruments that you can recommend to try?
None unfortunately
Just wishing for things and removing the obstacles in the mind (like self limiting beliefs, and checking up on progress frequently). I fully give it up, after I request it
