I have a gap of 2 years in my education after my 12th. I have done btech(cs) post that. I also have 3 years of work experience in TCS. I just saw on internet deloitte allows only one year gap in education. My offer is in process at deloitte. Could somebody help me whether 2 year education gap rule is same for lateral hires as well in deloitte or is it just for freshers?? I am too curious

My elder brother (2 year elder) and jobless from 8 years (don't want to do anything just sleep all day - he is also a software engineer).

I have to take care of his everything thing which includes his health insurance, his clothes, his daily foods, and other basic things. If i don't do then my mother is getting angry. Also, he Don't respect me and bad mouth about me with our relatives that i am not doing anything for him.
