Northern California here , our area seems to always have shortage of experienced technicians.
Southern Oregon here. We can Always use more Dr's. And technicians. All clinics are looking for a CVT right now and many others are looking for regular techs and Dr's.
I'm in Georgia. We don't have a shortage that I know of
I've been working in Nevada for 3 years. There's a really high demand for vets here.
I live in San Diego and so far I can say we have enough vets around. Competition is even hard in my area. So you will be needing a lot of marketing and showcase of skills here.
Pittsburgh, PA - we have a shortage and need for all positions, but especially veterinarians. If anyone is interested, work with several practices looking for staff, but especially associate veterinarians. Most of the practices I work with are privately owned.
I'm in New Jersey. I can tell you we've already addressed this issue a couple of years back. I don't think it's getting any better.
