Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

Is this the practice of compansation revision for new joiners at pwc SdC banglore?

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Having an animal friend with cancer is not something easy. This year I have already had 24 animals that went to sleep in order to stop suffering. This is not easy for their families at all. It seems to me that the cancer stats in domestic animals are increasing, is this just me?

Unpopular opinion: as a vet, I can assure animals can be as mean as human beings, they just can't speak up for you to know. And they also have the power to dislike you.

I need help. I think I’m being underpaid at my job I’ve been at for 3 1/2 years. I’m a full time receptionist for a veterinary hospital but I also manage the reception area (I answer all questions and if someone makes a mistake I’m the one the fix it) and am an in house trained veterinary assistant but can do a techs job (unlicensed) and I do help the technicians out anytime they need and I’m only getting paid $13 an hour while a crew member at arbys gets paid $15 . What should I do ?
