If you're being told "take your full lunch" (because by law you need to be given a certain amount of lunch depending on how many hours you work) but then you're told, if work's not done you need to stay until it is, and now people don't want to take their full lunches because it means they'll have to stay after work longer, is that coercion a violation of any federal labor laws?

As an HR manager, this type of problem is common with employers, it is important that employees do not allow this to happen out of friendship or ease, this type of thing cannot happen to avoid problems in the future.

I'm an employee who stays late, but I have my overtime hours canceled as well, I feel that everything should be discussed beforehand to avoid problems.

I had my first IVF transfer yesterday and for the 3 days leading up to the transfer I was having very painful cramps (normal for me) and the cramps have continued post transfer. They only last ~15 minutes after taking Tylenol but they are intense. I’m worried the cramps will interfere with implantation. Does anyone have experience with this? I told my doctor and she didn’t offer much advice other than staying hydrated and following the protocol.
