What time of year do CPA firms hire the most experienced tax candidates?

The demand is always there but firms tend to lose people after the busy season whether they're retiring, new opportunity or just burned out. At least that's what I saw in my firm last year.

Yeah generally see a decent amount of new hires over the summer (june- july) and then November- December
