What would be the expected salary of Architect in Salesforce with yoe 11?
I am getting an offer which is hardly 10% increment on the base but adding RSU stocks it increases the overall CTC. But people from that company are saying I am getting low balled by HR.

I am a machine learning developer with 4 years experience. I have 2 offers with almost same package, one PepsiCo and other Genpact. Which offer is better in terms of growth-learning and work-life balance ?
